1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Loanex services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Loanex provides mortgage brokerage services, including:

  • Comparing mortgage offers from leading UAE banks
  • Assistance with the application and pre-approval process
  • Guidance and consultation throughout the mortgage process
  • Property concierge services (upon request)
3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a stable monthly income (typically at least 15,000 AED for residents)
  • Be a UAE resident or UAE national
  • Have a good credit history
4. Application Process

When applying for a mortgage through Loanex:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for updating any changes to your information
  • We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet our criteria
  • All final decisions regarding loan approval are made by partner banks
5. Fees and Payments

Loanex services are free for borrowers. We do not charge you any fees for our brokerage services. Partner banks may charge their own fees, which will be clearly communicated to you before proceeding.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information and high-quality services:

  • We do not guarantee bank approval for any application
  • We are not liable for bank decisions
  • We provide advisory services only
  • You must conduct your own due diligence before making any financial decisions
7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Loanex platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of these materials without our written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
