Frequently Asked Questions
Elevate by Loanex is a referral programme for RERA-licensed real estate brokerages and agents. When you refer a client who obtains a mortgage through Loanex, you earn a commission upon funding.
Any RERA-licensed real estate brokerage or agent operating in the UAE may apply. Agents must be registered under an approved Elevate brokerage. All profiles are manually reviewed and approved by the Loanex team.
Commission is a percentage of the funded loan amount, based on the mortgage type. Your tier — determined by your rolling 12-month funded volume — applies a multiplier to your base rate. Higher volume means a higher multiplier.
Commissions are released 30 days after an application is funded. This deferral period covers potential lender risk adjustments. You can track your scheduled and released payments in the portal.
If a lender applies a clawback (early redemption or cancellation), the corresponding commission may be reversed. This is rare and typically applies within the first few months of the mortgage term.
Brokerage managers have access to a dedicated team dashboard showing each agent's application count, funded volume, tier status, and statistics — updated daily.
